Return Policy

Overview

At MNML Studio, every product is made to order — printed, assembled, and shipped just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of every item we sell.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on our website, we will gladly provide a free replacement or full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To file a claim, please email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim within 2 business days and arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or product), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom made to order, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items without a manufacturing defect or shipping damage
• Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
